Charge: To educate the NRZ stakeholders about community economic development defined as the fiscal, social, human and physical capital of the community and to develop positions on substantive issues that affect community economic development. View Meeting Minutes.

Responsibilities
1. Neighborhood Training Institute

	Plan and oversee courses in the current year
	Explore the possibilities for long-term administration of the Institute
	Recommend to H2K a future direction for the Institute

2. Research and recommend positions on community economic development issues and/or conflicts that affect the NRZ’s, e.g.

	Parking
	Welfare policy
	Housing
	Major development projects
	Funding for NRZ community economic development projects
